This is a very strange place. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The staff were nice but the rooms were tiny and not very well appointed. I had an executive room and can’t even imagine what the standard room was like. Don’t trip coming out of the shower.

They gave me their cheapest, smallest room and lied that it was an Executive room. They moved me the next day to a slightly larger room but still not the one I had paid for. I complained to Expedia who did their best to contact the hotel for a partial refund but the hotel did not respond to several tries by Expedia to reach them. They are dishonest. The rooms are small and in very poor condition. My advice, choose any other hotel and ignore the photos on the web site which are very misleading.

A very nice clean and secure place. A very nice staff that will help with information and tour arrangements. Fresh coffee and pastries with fruits every day. A very nice bar/ restaurant on the first floor. Excellent location, a block away from the beach and other hotels and restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the location!! I did not know what to expect when I booked Ultra Hotel because I have not visited Tel Aviv before so the fact that the hotel was so near to the beach (such a fabulous beach too), was amazing. The service we received was lovely and so were the staff who gave us maps and mentioned some places to visit. We would definitely recommend Ultra Hotel and would certainly come to stay again. Thank you everyone!!
