Over charge me , after I book my room and went to the hotel they ask me to pay 43 shekels for service!!! I really don’t know what kind of service but the front desk said if you don’t pay that I can’t let you access to your room , seems like they have a very poor costumer service

You pay cheep you get cheep spend the extra money.
The listing is not a hotel to start with. It’s a apartment with 6 individuals rooms with a shared kitchen and sitting area. The building that the apartments are located in are very run down and the stairs smelt of urine. The first room I had was booked as a see vie yes it had this but the windows did not close and the wind come in the room like you was in a wind tunnel. Because of the windows the majority of the floor had water on it. Some one from the apartments come with a duvet cover and we showed them the problems and got moved to another room that was a much cheeper room but I didn’t not get refunded any money. This room did not have any blinds I. The windows so the lights from outside light the room up at night better than the room lights. For the first 2 days we had no hot water. Also you can smell when people in the room next door is smoking due to the vents in the roof. One positive is the staff are very responsive and very friendly and if we went to them with an issue the tried to resolve it as best as they was able.
