Overpriced, dirty and most of the advertised services, like a bar or restaurant are not functioning. The room is hot like an oven and the air-conditioning stops automatically every 10 minute or so, even when you in the room. Instead of a normal place to hang your clothes you get a clothes rail. The area is a mix of second hand car garages and a building site. In short, i won't be coming back there ever
Disappointed with the level of customer service at this hotel. Definitely well below a 5 star as advertised.

Restaurant only did breakfast so no food whatsoever, no room service. View from room was an office block which was like 10 Meters away, tap on bathroom was falling off. At least they had a bottle of water in the room!
Small rooms, terrible area to stay in, doesn’t feel very safe.
Photos are misleading
The pool upstairs is a joke, the hotel owner ovadia refused to refund my money when I asked to leave.
There are plenty of other great options in tel aviv for this price, do yourself a favour and don’t stay there.

I booked the Hotel and had to cancel due to the current envents in Israel and i did not get a refund.
The property is locate in a upcoming neighborhood; we walk everywhere, close by is a lot of restaurants at 10 min walk. We felt safe around hotel at night. The rooftop have a nice view of the midtown area. The room was big and if you planning to work you have to go to the lobby since is not desk at the room. They storage our luggage almost all day and they call us a taxi once we were ready to go to the airport. The taxi driver give us the option to charge us by meter of fix rate. We ask for fox price and we paid $140 Shekel.

We stayed at the JO Hotel on Shtiebel St 7 from the 29 Dec 2022- 2 Jan 2023.
Before arriving, we had seen very attractive photos of what looked like, and was described as, a boutique hotel. We understood it was a fairly and newly built hotel – which became clear to us when arriving. The staff and general lobby seemed fine. But our room (307) did not quite live up to our expectations.
When stepping out of the elevator (which had the screen below the push buttons cracked), we entered a room which dirty fingerprints all over the light walls. It really looked like sloppy carpentry. Small finishes were poorly made. Not only were the walls dirty from what looked like fingerprint and what not, but the air condition in the room also had dust around its fan blades. In the bathroom, it really seemed like the shower niche was missing a tile. Other tiles were laid in a non-symmetrical way - and they had broken edges! We honestly don’t know whether their room service is set within a specific but large time frame, but for the first two days room service came later then 15:30 where we had been out all day and was relaxing in the room. All in all, the condition of our room left us with a feeling of disappointment, and we feel we have paid for something that didn’t quite live up to the expectations based on marketed claims and general hygiene standards for a hotel room with that rating (level of stars), and we would like to seek some kind of refund.
Le personnel étaient très à l’écoute et surtout excellent accueil

Nightmare- stay away from this hotel!
I feel terrible for recommending this place to coworkers who similarly had such a terrible experience they both changed hotels in the middle of their stay.
It’s loud (thin walls, clubs in the area), a party hotel (pool had empty glass bottles, cigarettes everywhere, trash), and the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce its own rules about guests, smoking, etc. I woke up one morning to my room filled with cigarette smoke, probably from a neighbor. The shower was poorly constructed and constantly leaked into the room whenever I turned the shower on. The first day, one of the towels had a giant yellow stain right in the middle of it.
The shower had mold on the ceiling (I forgot to get a photo of it), the walls were dirty, and the staff were rude- from the woman telling everyone to leave the pool area before the posted hours to the front desk staff.
My coworker was so aghast about her experience she tried to leave early and the hotel tried to hold her hostage by withholding a refund on her remaining nights at the hotel in exchange for not posting a review about her experience.
I truly hope people see this review and think twice about staying here. To put the cherry on top, a friend came to pick me up one morning and noted that it appeared that the building right next door was a food distribution center for homeless people. Buyer beware.. of everything about this hotel.
Property is in an industrial area but very centrally located. On the most part everything including the staff, was excellent. My only complaint is I felt that housekeeping was inattentive. For instance, when I checked in the safe was locked, and the soap dispensers were empty.
I’ve never stayed at a hotel that was so deceptive: the pictures of the rooms are completely false and the hotel has zero amenities, zero service and is in a horrible location
It was horrible, the AC didn’t work and it was so cold they get us another room and didn’t clean it at all, a lot of noises from children running and screaming u can hear everything from the room next to you, the service wasn’t good when we complained about the noises we have been told that children will go to sleep soon.
