We received a room upgrade which we were grateful for but the room was very tired, particularly the bathroom area which had a handful of areas of damage. The room was also dirty, which we pointed out with photos to staff and they kind of asked us why we had looked for dirt (which we found when we moved a unit to plug a charger in) and there were multiple hairs in the room. "Eden Atenas is a wonderful place to stay. The included breakfast every morning is nothing short of incredible!!! The staff was so nice all the time and were always available to answer any questions we had about the area. Our hot water went out on day 2 but the host graciously moved us to a cabana with instant hot water. If you get the chance, upgrade to a cabana…100% worth it"
