"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Cet hôtel a une belle vue sur la colline, avec une chambre grande dans laquelle on a pu caser deux lits parapluie pour nos jumeaux (en plus d'un lit double et un lit simple enfant). Une piscine couverte (avec un jacuzzi), très sympa, qui permet de se détendre (notamment après une journée de voiture !). "Staff is always very kind and helpful. Parking limited but got there early so had no issue. Walked to the basilica even though I am not a good walker! So I appreciated being close enough."
