"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town."

"The owner host was wonderful."

"rapport qualité prix excellent merci a toute l'équipe"

"Great location near the old city. Property has a good restaurant. Staff was friendly and handled an issue very well."

"Comfortable hotel, conveniently located for guests travelling by car. Counter assistants ver gentle and helpful."

"Un hôtel fonctionnel et à bon rapport qualité/prix mais dont l’accueil reste à perfectionner. Il est toujours étrange d’être mal reçu quand on est client et paye un service. Comme il m’a semblé que je dérangeais, je ne reviendrai pas."

"Was a basic hotel but was very clean and comfortable. The lady in charged was very pleasant and helpful"

"Fabulous place to stay outside Albi. Wonderful surroundings, quiet and comfortable."

"This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent"
