"This place is away from the city, but close to the metro which was easy to use.
The hotel was fantastic, clean and spacious and breakfast was great too"
"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great location. Great room. Turn right out of the hotel to walk Madrid for food and drink and neighborhood vibes. Turn left for sights palace and cathedral. "
"Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again. "
"Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, and the location is perfect — everything’s within walking distance.
The only disappointment was the SPA. The hotel name and even Expedia advertise it as a “Hotel & SPA,” but it turns out you have to pay extra to use it. It would be much nicer if the price was just a bit higher and included the spa, so guests wouldn’t have that awkward surprise. After all, the name does say “Hotel Wellington Hotel & SPA,” right?"
"Staff was kind & helpful. Rooms were always kept clean & they would replace our towels, bed sheets, etc! Also it is very close to the metro station which is super convenient when exploring Madrid! "
