Front staff said that it was a heritage building and city regulations provide that air conditioning cannot be turned on Until April 15. Twin beds are very low to ground and touching side by side. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "
