"Smart guest house was a great stay and in a perfect location if you want to stay close to the termini train station. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again.

"It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean.
One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am."
"Property is newly refurbished, great value for money, great AC, left luggage and a shower for post checkout, which is fabulous. About 15 min walk from Termini. Bed was soft "
"Everything about this stay was good except I was surprised to find it not to be an actual hotel. Other than that the accommodations were totally modernized. There are a number of places to eat within a block. And reasonably located within walking distance of the Colosseum. "
"Nice welcoming folks running this property. The room is probably 12x12, bathroom is small, (think cruise ship) so space is a a premium. The bed is nice, the water is hot with great pressure, the A/C worked great. The building is very, very secure. Located a 1/2 block from the termini. You can get anywhere in Rome or the entire country in a few short steps!"

"The location was so convenient to restaurants, shopping and buses and cabs.
The hotel was cute. The room was very unique, different decor than our friends room. My husband said the bed was too hard but I thought it was fine. "
"Very pleased with this hotel. My wife’s mobility scooter broke down and this hotel allowed us to store it in their baggage room until we completed our vacation. Very helpful. "
"Staff was excellent, restaurants on site and nearby very good. Rooms are a tad small but I guess it’s the norm in Europe. Breakfast buffet excellent.

"I stayed with 3 of my longtime friends and was our first time visiting Rome in July 2025. The Quirinale combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and classic décor, and the buffet breakfast offers plenty of tasty choices in a lovely setting. The front desk and bell staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Location is excellent — close to Termini, the metro, and within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions. A perfect choice for travelers who want history, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city."
