"Young gentleman at reception was very polite and helpful. The room at first appeared clean and fresh but later realised the bathroom was old and worn. The basin showed signs of wear and tear and discoloured looking very unhygienic as was the shower. Very disappointed unable to open balcony door for fresh air as the room soon became stuffy. There was a sign on the door stating 'broken do not open'."
