"Our first room had no air conditioning and our stay was during the heatwave. We asked for assistance and maintenance did come but didn't fix yhe issue. They gave us a fan. It was a horrible first night sleep. The next day we brought up the issue to the front desk staff who were very helpful and moved us to a new room. The room cleaning staff missed items throughout our 9 day stay. Missing towels and our last day did not fill the complimentary water and removed the kleenex and left us an empty container. The restaurant was clean, food was wonderful and the staff was friendly and attentive."
