first of all i want to thank ian senior his an amazing man goes above and beyond such a caring person upgraded me for free with a pitch view i had great welcoming the room was really good clean everything the hotel is great location not far from trafford centre 10min drive also other locations only disappointing thing was the pillows they wasn’t comfortable at all had a sore neck in morning would definitely book again

Easy for the tram to town but far enough out to make getting back on to the motorways easier when you head back home. Staff are great, great night's sleep, great breakfast. All round great.

Convenient for city centre access on tram.

Quiet, convenient for tram. Free parking. Good breakfast. All amenities acceptable. Nothing special, but good location for getting in to city centre and for Old Trafford stadium. Only negative was that I found the bed uncomfortable

Brilliant stay for cricket match

Superb stay for the T20 match Lancs v Kent. Great views - ultra clean room in the newly built part of the hotel. Service was superb too. Need to have a table available on the balcony - everyone was using the ironing board !!

We were so pleased that we were upgraded free of charge to a pitch view room which was lovely , friendly staff on arrival , disappointed we couldn’t open the balcony door . The toilet blocked and the room telephone wasn’t working .

Well located for cricket

Our room is large, clean and modern. Also, we have been upgraded to pitch side which is great. Some downsides but quickly fixed. Our shower had broken but someone arrived promptly to repair it. There is free parking with a coffee shop on site plus a restaurant and bar.

This is a very convenient location. Metrolink station right behind the building which will take you to downtown area in 10 -15 mins ride. There was a Tesco (10mins walk from hotel) and also Aldi and M&S Foods in white city area (also about 10 -15 mins walk). The staff were super friendly, room was clean and we got cleaning service every day. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection of hot items. It is £10/ person. There was washing and drying machine on the 1st floor and it was free to use, just need to buy detergent pods from the front desk (£1 each) I highly recommend this hotel and if I go to Manchester again, I will stay in this hotel again.

My stay was good, the room had everything I needed and was comfortable enough. The only slight issue was the computer system was down when I arrived so I had to wait over an hour to be able to check in. Although IT issues happen, perhaps it wasn’t dealt with ideally in this instance as there were many, many people waiting to check in, we were asked to wait at the bar but weren’t even given a complementary water while waiting and were expected to buy drinks if wanted. However, once the system was back up everyone was quickly and efficiently checked in.

Excellent location for football stadium, good breakfast Not sure the £220 per night is justified as standard very good but nothing special, a Holiday Inn is equally as good for far less per night. Feel price is increased when Man United are playing at home but facilities and standard are the same.
