"Melissa's house is very welcoming. It is nice, comfortable, and Melissa makes it warm. She has a few animals (ducks, goose, hens, dogs, cats and now bees) which give the place a farm-ish feeling. We had a great time at Melissa's place, thanks a lot!"

"The room had everything needed for an overnight stay. The supermarket was within walking distance. The staff member who checked us in was excellent, friendly and helpful. The spa pool was a very pleasant end to a busy couple of days. We'll definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Rotorua"
