"Couldn’t think of a critique , such a relaxing resort. Staff was impeccable. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t impressed. The buffets were great, there were activities constantly and the staff was so attentive. Special shout out for Neema in the buffet area, Joseph at the beach area and Ali the groundskeeper. Thanks for such an amazing experience"

"The last review of this property was over two years ago, and I’m not sure where the photos were taken from. Dark, damp and mouldy facilities. Bucket and mop in shower and no toilet paper. I had to leave within the first hour of arriving. There was no mention that this place is a public place for turtles, and there were strangers sitting at your front door. Just did not feel well with the odour in the room. I just hope the turtles have better accommodations."

"Excellent surroundings - a lot of shadow, a lot of sun beds right next to the ocean - great! Good restaurant with nice place to sit and chill whole day. :) Rooms location is strange as it faces parking, not nice to spend time there, but rooms inside are clean and comfortable. The main drawback - NO POOL. The hotel is located in place with no beach, so at low tide you are not able to swim. Location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no option for short walk etc."

"My stay at Cactus Lodge was heavenly. My first time traveling alone from the US (New York), I am so glad I booked my stay here. The place hidden in plain sight, opening up the gate to a gorgeous beach vibe. The hotel rooms were very clean, spacious and well air conditioned. Hot water was almost immediate as you turn it on. It was so easy to confirm excursions through the owner/staff and it is very close to all the nightlife. All of the staff were amazing also. So kind, they made me feel so safe....
