This is the 5th time we came to Taupo for the Marathon run and have always stayed in the Hilton slightly further away from town centre. This time we thought we will stay closer to town and eMotel did not disappoint. Location was very convenient and the room itself is clean and modern, parking is right outside the room. The owner Michelle was very friendly and helpful!

This motel I highly recommend! All the added extras were are a pleasant surprise! Would definitely book again. Location fantastic, yet quiet at night. You get great value for money. Best motel I have stayed at in a long time!

This is great place to stay.

Fantastic well equipped accommodation nespresso coffee machine, bose speaker, usb charging points, the best tv service in New Zealand, full Sky with record. Short walk to lakeside, shops, bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was clean, fresh and bright. While all very comfortable the huge king(?) sized bed made it impossible to fit two suitcases into the bedroom. One other problem with the motel was its proximity to an overnight truck parking area. This led to disturbed sleep with over seven trucks noisily starting up between 4am - 6am.

Fantastic Heaps of great features like the numerous USB ports and the funky chairs and lights. It was also wonderful having the washer dryer and a dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Three TVs!!!! good location just a block away from the lake sp still had a view. private back court yard with seating. all very good quality.

Perfect location with the comforts of home

Wonderful location well within walking distance to CBD. The comforts of home were all provided including the washing machine powder. The freshly decorated unit made it all the more pleasurable to stay in. The comfortable chairs were the real bonus of this property.

EMotel rates highly

Our room was clean and comfortable, we couldn't fault it. We stayed for 3 nighrs and could have stayed longer without issue. Sisi was very helpful and friendly. In this price range it would be hard to beat. Close to city centre and the lake. We would recommend any length of stay here.
