Room Configuration
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom 1x Super King Bed. This bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 2x King Single Beds. This is a Split-King. If you would like the singles put together to make a Super King, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed. Please note - the third bedroom is a Queen tilt-away located in the open-plan living space. There is a sliding panel door which can be pulled around to partition this off.

Parking: There is only 1 parking space allocated for this apartment in the underground parking. You will need to find additional parking for any extra vehicles along Lake Terrace.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the complex for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels (this includes pool towels).
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbouring apartments are very close and are to be respected at all times.
