"All staff were very pleasant, our room very comfy, but very un pleasant with a couple having a very loud disagreement at 3, 4 o clock in the early hours of Sunday. Very loud banging doors when they close."

"Great location, close to restaurants and cafes. Hotel did not have its own restaurant. Bathroom is very modern and beautiful, but furniture and elevator were somewhat dated. Good size room, and bed was clean and comfortable. Instructions for the coffee machine did not seem match with how the machine actually worked. I had to do some trials and errors to get it working."

"Hotel was lovely very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely old building. Only problem was the heating in our room was not working, but staff quickly brought us a heater for our room. Loved their happy hour drinks. Would have preferred to have breakfast included in cost and not à la carte."

"The hotel was convenient to all amenities, its located in city centre and only 10min walk to waterfront, markets and all attractions. The room was everything we could have wanted very clean, very comfortable bed and good kitchenette. We would definitely stay again. Very happy 😊"

"Best location for accessibility. Right in the middle of CBD makes it easy to get to so many shops nearby and also easy for tour guides to pickup for day tours. "
