"We loved our stay at the Miramar by Windsor Copacabana. The staff was incredible—attentive, helpful, and always with the best attitude. Something we really appreciated is that they don’t try to charge extra for every little request, like many other hotels do. Needed adapters? They lent them to us with no problem. A kettle to heat up water? Also provided at no extra cost. Honestly, what hotel still does that today? 😌✨ The facilities are modern, very clean, and the location right in front of Copacabana is perfect. And the breakfast… amazing: plenty of options for every taste, everything fresh and delicious. 🥐🍉☕ In short: service 10/10, exceptional attention, and details that truly make a difference. "I loved my stay at the Windsor California Copacabana. The location could not be any better, especially for my first time in Rio de Janeiro. It is directly across from the Copacabana beach strip. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. There was always someone around to provide assistance. The room was modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had a lot of delicious options. I would gladly stay at the Windsor California on my next trip to Rio."
