"The door was not aligned with the hinge. It was very har to close from the outside. If someone really wanted to get in they could’ve l. Because the door was not properly secured it was loud. Hotel is a busy road. I called the customer service line and they basically told me that it didn’t matter because I was checking out on Monday."
