"Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed,
but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time
in the public bath. It was not warm enough. "

"The staff was great. The room was clean and well equipped.
In winter, it could be good to provide more blankets in the rooms, as they are quite cold and I personally do not want to use the heater."

"The room was very clean and pretty comfortable. The breakfast is also good. Very close to the train station that makes easy access to other places 👍👍"

"Location. Location. Location. So close to the metro/JR station, grocery, and convenience stores. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. On-site amenities. Will gladly stay again. "
"The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The sleep pod is more comfortable than you would expect.
There is an entire floor dedicated to showers and a large area with mirrors and hair dryers. It was very nice to have all of that available. They also have umbrellas to borrow, and provide sleepwear, eye masks, toothbrushes, shavers, shampoo/body wash, everything you need to be comfortable. There’s also in unit laundry so you can wash your clothes during your stay.
I also enjoyed the views as you get a nice view of the shinjuku skyline.
The cafe social area is nice too. It’s filled with travelers from all over and it’s very relaxing and mellow. The area it’s in has a Korean influence and the restaurants that surround it are great. And the train station is a 5 minute walk, and shinjuku is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad that I had to leave when I did. "
"Great hotel in a prime location. Lots of activities and good restaurants. Obviously rooms were on the small side but that is to be expected from the hotels in Tokyo. However, the bathrooms and tubs were awesome! Loved soaking in the tub after a long day of walking.
Staff was very quick to address issues and were nice.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend especially if you want to be in an area of lights and action. Definitely not the location if you are looking for bamboo forests and no one around."
