"Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku (think Times Square in NY). Many eating options around and Shinjuku station is just a few minutes away. This is not a 'quiet spot' it is a bustling and high energy location which is what we wanted. Very exciting location."
"An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. "This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor.

"This is an excellent location in Asakusa, there is a Uniqlo and restaurants locayed on floors 1-4, and the hotel lobby on floor 5, there is a Donki next door, and and so much other shopping all within a short walk from the hotel, there were street performers on the weekend and the streets were alive with activity, but nothing crazy all very family friendly. Also very close to the subway line, we will stay here again when we come back. I will say the rooms are small, but I understand most hotels are like this, I will say the hotel is clean with a buffet breakfast which includes American and Japanese breakfast staples, buffet is available for a fee, it was good and convenient.
