全般的に古めの設備ですが、部屋は十分に広く浴槽も大きい。スタッフの対応も良く手続きもスムーズ。喫煙の部屋があるためか、禁煙の部屋でもユニットバスでタバコの匂いがする部屋がある。朝食は全般的に加工食品が多く化学調味料の味がする。周りには料亭以外はドラッグストアとコンビニのみ。

年季を感じる施設ですが、部屋は広く、清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 お風呂と御手洗が分かれていた点も良かったです。 朝食はほっとするお味のおかずやカレーが美味しくて有難かったです。 贅沢を言えばパン食が苦手な家族がいたので、朝食バイキングの主食を事前に知りたかったです。
