Very nive place to stay and a great and lovely family! If you don't want the luxuary hotels and want a nice place to stay this is a fantastic place. From there you can explore the hole island. If we go back it will be at Bellevue!!!

Extremely disappointing and unsafe.

When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. We worked out in the end that we could only use one appliance at a time. The overhead fan in the main room was broken and we could not even use the very noisy free standing fan provided when using the cooker or any other appliance as the electrics blew. The bedding was cheap and crumpled; the bedroom was advertised on hotels.com as having blackout and an overhead fan, it had neither. Generally the property is run down and done on the cheap and to top it all there is a very noisy construction site next door to compete with the noise of constant traffic on the road below and barking dogs. We booked this penthouse apartment for 11 nights but only endured 4. We have received a partial refund but not full for the nights we did not stay. Most annoying was the owners claim we had not informed them of the repeated electrical problems and that we were leaving - she stood in the kitchen face to dace with me and witnessed my stress and upset and I told her we would be leaving. If you like a homestay feel and don’t mind poor quality facilities, this is the place for you - the owners clearly enjoy talking to and organising their guests. We just wanted privacy and safe accommodation.
