"Photos are really old as the rooms did not look this clean or bright. Hair dryers were removed from the rooms. Breakfast was bare bones continental, some fruit, granola bars and oatmeal packets. We had two rooms and they both had a slight smell to them. Our room had hairs (I assume from the cleaning staff) all over the bathroom. There were stains all over the bathroom walls, the sink was rusty and scratched up and the tub/shower faucets did not shut off. The beds were comfortable and bedding was nice."

"The hot tub was too hot and couldn’t get cooled down. However, a young man from the desk spent lots of time and effort trying to fix the issue. We were all very impressed by how hard he tried… even if it couldn’t be fixed til the next morning. Excellent effort!!!"

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"The breakfast was fresh and was kept clean. The staff were very nice. The room was clean, but the walls seemed to be very thin. I could hear kids running upstairs and through the halls. I could hear the people in the next room over talking. There was minimal parking, so I had to park in front of the building over."
