Comfy room and bed, shower was great, minimal noise/disruptions, TV had personal streaming options and had a swivel feature, nice late checkout time of 12pm it was nice to not have to rush out and just take our time in the morning. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. No complaints, would stay again!

Would not stay here again. Upon arrival was told there would be a charge for parking in their lot out front if I didn’t sign up to be a Marriott rewards member and also I wouldn’t be able to get the “free WiFi” they offered. Most places just ask for your room number when connecting up to WiFi, not require you to sign into their “program”. Also, after 1night of staying there, staff came in to trade out a couple towels, and they also took some eating utensils I had planned on using again. Which made me have to go downstairs to get new eating utensils. But nothing else in the room was tidied up. I used to come back to my bed all made up. No microwave in the room. They offered a very small mini fridge, but it was kept at such a low temp (and no way to adjust it), that it was pretty much useless. I am not recommending this location as a place to stay in Woodbury, MN.

We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible. Front staff lady made sure i knew constantly i booked with a third party and made me feel as if i should be looked down upon for that. We had friends staying there and i tried to book through them which showed nothing on their website so this was my only option. The pool area was extremely dirty and about 1000 degrees. My daughter came out beat red. Chlorine was overkill for sure. Will not be going back
