Staff were lovely, breakfast was top, and the spa was one of the highlights of our trip! Loved the room — view was spectacular, tea tray always stocked! "Great value for money. Friendly staff during check in, clean good sized room (we stayed in a small double atic window) tvs had smart tv features like netflix. The bed was very comfy and good toiletries in the en suite. Fantastic location, right on the main street of Cockermouth and free parking at the hotel. Lovely quiet stay. Would definitely stay agon."
