"Super clean, staff were great and helpful. Loved the room and facilities. Ate at the cafe at check-in, lady was lovely. Also received excellent assistance from Kaho who helped me with guidance for how to get to the museum and Myajima and organising taxis on a very rainy day."

"Hotel feels new and clean. The lobby is on the 14th floor and there are lots of free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The view from the lobby lounge is great, and it’s a relaxing environment. Room was small but standard for Japan. We got the room at a special rate of about $100 USD per night which I think was a great deal. There are also larger more expensive rooms which I may try next time. Would definitely stay here again if in Hiroshima. Nice central location."

"Excellent hotel! The location is unbeatable—it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for connections to the Shinkansen and JR lines. There’s also a beautiful shopping mall right next door with plenty of great restaurants and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciated all the thoughtful amenities the hotel provided, including pajamas, toiletries, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent location."

"The hotel was centrally located and lots of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our guide picked us up and returned us to the hotel. It was so easy to take the Shinkansen into town and visit the historic sites. The food was excellent and the hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were spacious."
