"Clean and spacious room. We had 2 twin beds with a balcony. Spaciois bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bidet WC. Plenty of storage. Has numerous tv channels with Youtube option."

"I would absolutely not recommend people to stay here. After discovering black mold on the headboards of each of the beds in our room as well as all over the bathroom, we were switched to another room that also had mold in the bathroom, specks of it on the headboards, and worst of all, every one of the four pillows were stained and dirty. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff were nice enough to swap out rooms, but didn’t tell us there probably wasn’t a single room in the hotel without mold."

"Good location, many bus route options. Hotel has great amenities, the shared kitchen and lounge area is really nice and has everything you need. The patio is a bonus! The rooms are nice and big, clean and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!"

"When we arrived there were hairs and used band aid on the shower floor. Next morning we had to wait 40 minutes for the breakfast, because at 8:30 the dining room was full and we were told that the priority was given to the residents (not the hotel guests like us). The hotel's parking is tiny. They offered us to pay for municipal parking, which was 2 blocks away, or park on the street and bring them the parking bills."

"While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished."
