Great hotel. Very central and lots of nice restaurants in the surroundings. Rooms aren't that big but big enough. Friendly staff and a free drink at the bar offered upon check in.

The pillows lack of support, that means one should ask for additional one for better support. Other than that, everything is perfect for wanting a laidback, easy stay at this area.

服務絕佳

入住的時候和櫃檯索取額外的2床棉被，沒有被加收任何費用，非常的貼心。退房離開的時候發現清潔人員使用除塵膠紙拖把進行環境打掃，同時也有拆除冷氣濾網進行清潔，對於環境整潔的仔細令人讚嘆，非常愉悅的住宿體驗。 住宿當日是距離電梯最遙遠的房間，但仍然能夠聽到電梯的開關門音效和樓層播報語音，在隔音不佳的情況下應該適度調低電梯音量。

Staff were very friendly and courteous. They greet you whenever they see you, with a smile too. Everything was great about this hotel, from comfortable beds to delicious breakfast and late night snacks. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Tainan.

Service was excellent and the property is super clean! Was very surprised to see how thorough the staffs were at cleaning the dinning areas and especially the rooms. Housekeeping took off the AC vents for every room to clean and disinfect daily! I’ve never seen that, not even for five star hotels. The management team and ownership really cares about the establishment and customers. Based on the price point, it’s truly best bang for your bucks in Tainan area. One thing I believe they can improve on will be the laundry facility. It’s located outside of the property and even though it’s controlled access, it’s very dark inside and there might be some safety concerns IMHO. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

這是本人第二次入住,很感謝將我們升等為4人房體驗但再次體驗後,1.希望浴室可以置放更換衣物的地方,2.毛巾有一股沒有曬乾或烘乾的味道.有點潮濕味,浴室可以有一點的香氛味,讓潮濕的味道不那麼明顯,3.枕頭太扁不太好睡,其他服務還不錯

早餐餐點中餐部分佳，早餐種類多元； 但一樓無論大廳或餐廳，冷氣開太強且溫度低，較不符環保； 淋浴間開門後與馬桶距離過近，浴室內亦無掛勾，若於淋浴間門把上懸掛毛巾或衣物，將直接碰觸馬桶，不甚方便；另上方衣物架因設計成有深度的凹槽，伸手不易取得，且拿取時無法辨識衣物，如同摸彩。 馬桶座設置似乎未貼合或不穩固，使用時會輕微移動或發出各種聲響。
