"Firstly, the gal at the counter was not the friendliest. Not rude but didn’t feel welcoming. Second, they did something to their pictures because the room looked like the temu version of the pictures. Lastly, the rooms were suppose to be non-smoking, but all I smelt was weed."

"The hotel is older and it showed but it was within close proximity to the Tacoma Dome where our conference was happening. It lacked some of the amenities that we thought would have been provided like lotion, shampoo and conditioner, etc. As such, we may consider staying there again if we can’t find a hotel with added amenities at a reasonable price but this will most likely not be our first choice. All that said though, we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They were amazing 😊. "

"The rooms and main floor were very cleanly. The breakfast options were great and I wouldn’t change a thing with that part. I wish there was more parking as we couldn’t find parking. There were two trucks that took up 6 stalls so that didn’t help. The fitness centre was lacking in options. "

"Parking was sufficient, desk staff were great. I would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast was pretty meager - not well stocked, no yogurt variety, just the dispenser, no real gluten free options. "
