"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "

"Ah, what a lovely place to stay! Very central location — not too close to the busy tourist streets, but still an easy walk to everything. The roof terrace was fabulous. They brought breakfast up there a few times — such a great way to start the morning. The staff were very diligent, respectful, and accommodating. They made our 30th celebration truly memorable — we even extended our trip and had to change rooms for the second booking, which they handled seamlessly. Water pressure was absolutely fine — it took a moment for the water to warm up, but no issues at all."

The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. The staff at the pool were so friendly and attentive. Wonderful dinner and service at the award winning Beef Bar too. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!!"
