"Loved the location. Room had everything we needed. Staff were on hand and checked daily if we needed top up of any items. Great variety of food for breakfast. Our room had a sea view, loved waking up in the morning for a coffee and sit on balcony and watching the world go by. Very relaxing. "

Very nice rooms with high quality bath robes, a room safe and a really good selection of continental-style breakfast foods included. Without exception, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Archie, Sam and Angelina for their help and guidance during our visit. If we return to Valletta, we most certainly will stay at Palazzo Ignazio."

"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back.
