Welcome to your perfect Bronte getaway! This charming 3-bedroom home offers a beautiful blend of coastal style and modern comfort, just moments from Bronte Beach. The Space:
The master-bedroom is huge with a queen bed, open wardrobe, balcony and mosquito screens on two opening windows. The second room upstairs has a double bed, built-ins and a large deck looking onto the back garden. Downstairs there’s a sunroom with a double sofa bed that can be made up if required. It gets great afternoon sun. The kitchen and lounge are open plan, two 3-seater couches, a dining table that seats 6-8. Bifold doors provide access to timber back deck and lush tropical garden. The kitchen is well equipped - Gas hob, electric oven.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. A fourth bedroom and storage space downstairs will be closed off to store personal items but you can use everything else.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
If you are after an active, outdoorsy holiday with a huge choice of great coffee and local restaurants, Bronte is amazing. It has been rated one of Sydney’s top suburbs for lifestyle especially for families. There's the famous Bondi to Bronte coastal walk (30-40 mins walk to Bondi) or going the other way you can walk to Coogee (also 30-45 mins) via Clovelly and Gordons Bay best know for the big blue groper fish and great snorkelling. Swimming in the ocean at Bronte can be risky but there's the protected ‘bogey hole’ and the ocean pool. Transport to the harbour side and ferries from Rose Bay or Watson Bay to Circular Quay is also pretty quick. Bondi junction has a Westfield shopping centre and there are weekend markets at Bondi Beach school and Paddington.
Getting Around:
I only have on-street parking but it's free and usually available right outside the house or very close. Short walk to various buses.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
