This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is just off of the hussle and bussle of Military road with easy access Mosman village with local buses, supermarkets, boutiques, delis, cafes and restaurants. The property has a private balcony with lovely beach views.

It is also walking distance to the beautiful Balmoral Beach which has wonderful relaxed walks along the Esplanade, Swimming, great beachside cafes and offers a family friendly lifestyle not to be missed. Just a short stroll away from famous Bathers Pavillion.

The property is easy to get public transport to all of the main Sydney Attractions like the city and Northern Beaches from Military Road. There is also the community bus for shorter trips from Balmoral to the Mosman and surrounds. The property is also close to iconic Taronga Zoo

Spacious Apartment, Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay. Communication was excellent, we had room to spread out and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store are a block away.

The location is great and the hosts are welcoming and very helpful. However several aspects let the property down badly, in particular the state of the carpet, the floor mats, the entry stairs, the apartment's walls and some of the furniture. The carpet and mats need to be professionally cleaned, the same for the entry stairs; there are many, many scuff marks on the walls that need to be removed. There are stains on the curtains, tablecloth and cushion covers. The loungeroom sofa is in very poor condition with sagging seating that can't be hidden by the loose fabric used to cover it. In the kitchen, chipped plates and worn-out saucepans give the impression that it has been furnished with cast-offs and the attitude that "any old thing will do". Also, the large windows in the kitchen that have no blinds or covering really do need something because of the heat they allow.
