The host was pathetic . Towels were provided for 3 guests and rest 2 guests were left without basic amenities. Upon multiple follow ups, finally they dropped 2 towels on last night of stay. Internet wasn’t working for 2 out of 4 days and the host didn’t bother to fix it . Ac was out on restricted mode which didn’t let us allow changes . The worst response was when my finger was cut by a broken bathroom fixture . The host was not only reluctant to admit that it was a previous maintenance issues which places guests at a greater risk but also had zero empathy
