"My second trip ( first winter aurora chasing trip ) to Iceland was completed because I chose this house to stay! Beautiful, hearty and lovely house with trace of homey stories everywhere. Clean, comfy, well equipped. Other than all the cliché I could say about a great house, the host (how rude was I for never asking for her name) was super nice and caring. "Absolutely gorgeous views. Ponies right outside the windows, rolling fields. Lovely hot tub that heated up fast. Clean, peaceful and beautiful. Owner was kind and helpful. Close to Selfoss and Hveragerdi. Close to riding stables. East drive to the crater, the geyser and Gulfoss. Everything we needed was provided. Traveling with our 5 children and everyone was comfortable and happy! Highly recommend! "
