"Fenced yard with large crate for inside-Couldn’t have been any better for pets. If you need a fan , bring your own. No box or small fans in house. Beach was right there. Great views. Close to town, but not too close. They provided hotel style soaps, shampoos, good towels, and laundry detergent. Outside lighting excellent. Beds were all good. King bed was excellent comfort. Downstairs also has comfortable sitting area and table, With charcoal type barbecue grill. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be back. "

"Great location, the house is in great condition, very clean and comfortable. The beds were missing flat sheets under the comforters, but this was quickly fixed after contacting the host. I personally travel with my own bedding, to avoid any discomfort, so no big deal for me. The house is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and coffee mugs. No salt or pepper, no coffee, bring your own groceries. The water was nice and hot in the showers! We enjoyed our stay! We stayed for three nights in December. Hope my review is helpful "

"This was a great property. There were 11 of us on a family vacation. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. Kids toys, games and puzzles for adults. Everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor area was a hit as well and right on the beach.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place. "

"Internet went out and Ashley was so helpful to get it repaired. Cynthia came and stayed with the repairman so we could leave. Kitchen was equipped with dishes and utensils. I would like to have more room to have stored items we brought with us. It had elevator which helped with someone with bad back. There was some minor repairs needed such as inside showers missing handles and 2nd floor sliding door would not lock and some lights were out to name a few. "
