10/10 Excellent
"We were woried at first as it is not the best part of town. We had to drop our luggage off early from a cruise and didn't want to spend $40 to have the room early. We had to get there from 3rd street due to the fact my husband is in a mobility scooter and it barely fit in the little elevator. The lobby there does have an alarm going off constantly, but that and the small elevator are my only complaints. Super helpful staff, nice lounge with excellent food and the room was huge with a comfy bed, nice roll in shower and COFFEE! Would stay again! Only half a mile from the ferry too!"
