"Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. Strengh are that you have also a restaurant in the hotel means you don't need to go to town if you'd like to rest. Infrastructure is also well with by side options like spa, billard...
"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"Terrible place - this is a low budget hotel. You can’t even lean over the sink for a shelf that is in the way. The bathroom are made of very old plastic tub units. Hardly any clothes hanging space. The eating area was not clean with stale food left out."

Shame no wifi & subtitles on tv was only in french ( did change them to english but made no diffrence).when all programs are in french . Lol.
Location is fab, 5 minutes from uplifts & shops.

"This chalet is lovely. The location is ideal with views up the Pleney and you have sunshine throughout the day. A short pleasant walk in to town and to the lifts. Well stocked with everything you need to cater for a family, there was also plenty of outside space to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the views. "
