"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Beautiful hotel and exceptional location high on the hill above Champery. It exceeded all of my expectations as did the cows grazing outside our balcony. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best value for price in all of Switzerland!"
