Relax at our unique beach house home in beautiful Sunshine Beach. A quiet suburb with plenty to see & do, its the perfect spot for a little getaway. The architecturally designed property is nestled in the bush & includes the use of your own private pool. It is pet friendly & a short 250m walk to the local doggy beach & epic surfing spots.
The place is naturally insulated (no air con), & has very limited phone reception - perfect conditions to enjoy the house & the amazing surroundings!
THE SPACE
The space is spread out and private. Nestled amongst the trees, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, read a book in the tranquil setting, hang out in the large living room, relax in the large bath, or just recoup in the large comfy beds.
A few highlights :
- 2 car undercover parking, more street parking 50m away.
- Pool.
- Outdoor Shower.
- Pet Friendly.
- Coffee Machine.
- Large Equipped Kitchen.
- Dishwasher.
- Washer and Dryer.
- Large Bath.
Some important points to note:
- no air conditioning (there are ceiling fans & the property is naturally insulated).
- no phone reception (limited to the main road, WIFI calling available).
- no pets allowed inside (there is plenty of space for them outside, including an undercover screened area).
- no regular TV service (Netflix and GooglePlay is available).
- there are about 15 steps between the road and entrance.
