The Space:

The Sunshine Bungalow, Ferris Street is a stunning mix of timber, glass, tiles, textures, designer furnishings and finishes blended to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

The bungalow has private use of the huge deck, with BBQ, overlooking the inviting blue pool. Perfect after a day at the beach or to simply rest and read a book. Offering high ceilings, push out windows, louvers and glass overlooking the tropical garden, a combination of the outdoors and indoors.

The whole space flows from the kitchenette - lounge/living to the bedroom through to the modern bathroom. With air conditioning and a ceiling fan this space provides a haven to unwind and relax.

The Sunshine Bungalow opens to the front balcony that leads to the large deck at the back of the property with outdoor dining, BBQ and pool. The pool is copper filtered with fresh water. The space is architecturally designed and nestled amongst the palms and garden.

The deck is set up with beautiful night lighting - and is a magical space to enjoy after dark.

The bed can be made as a King or Two Single with professional hotel linen - so your sheets and bath towels are first class. With a Smart TV for Netflix access.
There are two off-street undercover car spaces.
The Beach Bungalow is close to everything, but lets guests feel a million miles away - a perfect holiday retreat in Sunshine Beach

Our guests will never see other any other guests as they have full private use of the Bungalow, pool, deck, BBQ area and carport during their stay. The main house is not rented or used when there are guests in the Bungalow.

Please note - there is limited cooking facilities, the Bungalow is set up for guest to enjoy meals on the deck using the BBQ or eat out. Facilities included BBQ, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger.
