Good location, good reception. Property is not what it promotes. 3 bedroom is tiny would suit tiny children. Property is 15 plus years old "premium" is not the case.

Not What We Expected Confirm everything first.
Don't believe that you will get the room you booked! Stayed for three nights with two groups of adults and a baby. Don't expect to sleep well unless you like sleeping with street lights - only sheer blinds and no curtains on any windows. We booked and paid for 3bd ocean view spa villa with 1 X queen, 1 x king bedroom and 1 x twin single bedroom. Apparently a short walk to the beach - no one tells you that "short walk" is down two steep hills and then back up said steep hills on the return home. And unless you walk on theroad there are flights of stairs. Also, there are stairs to the villa - approx 14 across three flights to get from garage to door, not ideal with a baby. We got a downgraded to a 3 bedroom no spa (still with some distant ocean view mostly trees though) and 1 x king room and 1x room with two double beds and 1 X room with twin single. Travelling with two couples and a baby meant we had to decide who was unlucky enough to get the double beds instead of a queen option that we were expecting and we couldnt sleep with cot in the room easily as there were two double beds. Not expected at this price range All of the above could have been overlooked except for the fact there are NO Curtains and NO blockout blinds on any window, and there are streetlights straight into each bedroom so it is as bright as dawn all night bring your face mask and don't come here with children unless you want to be up all night. Confirm everything. You may not get what you expect.

The property is nothing short of outstanding. Everything is of the best quality, spotlessly clean and the views from our residence were amazing. Easy walk to the main street and beaches but when we were in our apartment it felt like we were a million miles from anywhere. Super quiet. Strongly recommend Noosa Residences.

We loved the place, just not the lounge. There we’re electric recliner chairs with zero support and according to management the guests are not allowed to use the electric recliner chairs. Having 2 children who played in the lounge area it was very uncomfortable for us. We stayed in villa number 2, just think twice if you wanted a comfortable lounge area.

Lovely three bedroom apartment located in amongst beautiful trees high up on the hillside within 5 minutes walking distance to Hastings st. So peaceful and quiet with a great outlook. Swimming pool was also a great temperature and relaxing place to unwind.

The management were very helpful and the close proximity to the restaurants, main beach and also the national park lands made it an excellent choice! Shopping along Hastings Street was also fun and plenty of choices!

Magnificent location in the heart of Noosa but removed from the bustle with the trees all around. Property manager was extremely helpful. Couldn't fault this property and would highly recommend it to all, but especially to families as the self contained facilities make it so easy to relax.

Property 3 has beautiful tree lined views and feels peaceful most of the time, however, the main thoroughfare on foot and road access to the residences and Peppers is right in front. So loud conversations are a problem as is some privacy on the side front windows. The location is perfect for quick walks to the beach and Hastings Street, a steep but short incline. Property had everything you could possibly need, very spacious, great for self catering, full laundry, plenty of balcony spaces. Would stay again but in a property at the back of the site rather than the front.

We had a great time. the property was perfect in all respects apart from the fact that the AC units had limiter settings applied, making it impossible to warm it to an acceptable level (we visited in winter, os presumably not a problem in summer). The reception team and staff were extremely helpful and made very quick efforts to resolve the issues and accommodate our requests. There were also renovation/repair works being conducted on a nearby apartment which was noisy, so it would be nice to be advised ahead of time if these works are scheduled. I would definitely stay here again

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the A/C remote controls. While there are limited settings on the remotes, you are our first guests to advise us that it wasn't suitable for you. We will take a look at the current settings; especially over the cooler months to ensure that our guests are comfortable. In regards to the works on the nearby residence, this is part of some ongoing maintenance. We do have it advertised on all of our websites and we do our best to ensure our guests are not disrupted. Beautiful Villa For Any Seasons
We were welcomed by a lady called Corinne who was extremely helpful and friendly! The flat was more than we expected. Lovely pad for rainy and sunny days, family or friends or couples, kitchen fully equipped and large TV with Netflix. Highly recommended
