Relax in this fabulous family holiday home; set over two levels in the heart of Old Tewantin, wide open spaces internally and externally gives you plenty of room for the whole family. The large balcony off the living areas overlooks the pool and has filtered views through the trees of the Noosa River.

Step into the house from the front porch or the double lock up garage and take one flight of stairs to the upper level, which has Powder Room, large Master Bedroom with Ensuite (spa bath, twin basins, separate shower and toilet), fabulous kitchen, lounge/dining area combined, with a large balcony off the living area which overlooks the pool and those filtered views to the Noosa River.

The Lower level of the house has the second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with Queen Bed. On this level is a second living room and office area, laundry, bathroom (shower only) and separate toilet.

Walking distance to the heart of Tewantin's shopping precinct and Tewantin Marina, 5 minute drive into Noosaville or a little further to Hastings Street.
