Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Coolum Beach resort based holiday apartment. Well suited for families with its resort based amenities including swimming pool, spa, saunas, tennis court, gym/exercise room, games room, outdoor BBQ's, and onsite restaurant to cover all your needs. It is the perfect base from which to enjoy a relaxing beachside break or alternatively explore the surrounding Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

This terrific holiday apartment is located within the Clubb Coolum Beachside Resort right on the beach.

The property is nicely styled and fitted out and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and a lounge space as well as a balcony with ocean glimpses and a breakfast bar. All shared resort facilities are available to guests.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

large, comfortable apartment. Very clean. Great location, close enough to the beach without being in the noisy centre. Bombay Bless on the ground floor is the very best Indian food ever tasted!!!!

The place was reasonably clean, to be honest it was a bit dated and not as nice as it looked in the photos. It was comfortable, however I’m not sure it was complete value for the money we paid.Also, as for spare key because we had two families in the unit, we were told there was no spare key available, which is pretty poor
