1/23 Hill Street, Sunshine Beach

Our fabulous Sunshine Beach townhouse flows over two spacious levels. Your private entrance is at the front of the townhouse and there is a single car garage with internal access directly into our home. There is an additional parking space on the left hand side of the garden. The ground level comprises of two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, main bathroom with a low bath (perfect for children), laundry with washing machine / dryer in one and a walled courtyard to the front and a fully enclosed rear garden surrounded by lush tropical trees. A set of stairs leads up to the open plan living, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The lounge area cosy couch and large smart TV with Netflix and the lounge flows out to a beautiful balcony with Weber BBQ, bench and looking out to lush trees. There is also an air conditioner upstairs and fans throughout. The top level enjoys cooling breezes and is fly screened throughout.

CANCELLATION POLICY
STRICT: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Any cancellation requests must be made in writing via Airbnb. Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 30 days from arrival, at our the discretion an offer may be made to transfer the booking to another date within a 12 month period.

If a booking is affected due to a lockdown, travel restriction or health directive, the owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates within a 12 month period. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
