"New owners the old owners did not clean room before handing it over. My sister room had some man dirty clothes behind washroom door not extra toilet paper no sugar or coffee refilled tv would not work. Floors dirty Gave our review to new owners. They felt really bad and apologized. We should off been refunded some but they never offered. "

"We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub. "

"Cute and comfortable daylight basement apartment … lovely creek side setting, good access to resort via free shuttle and ski-in access … down 2 flights of outside stairs from parking spot which may be a concern for some with mobility issues … overall a wonderful place that we would book again without hesitation …"
