"Hi, nice designed hotel, good location for travel to downtown, or Stampede. This hotel needs a " color " update, dark, but nice, staff worked well, could have used a good " Stampede" outfit, to perk them up, and be part of the celebration , given, all immigrantes as it goes. The front desk could use perky clothes, they were all in black, hoodies, etc., masks a bit much for a celebration and for tourists. This could all be done minimal money, and give the staff a perk up, and think they would appreciate. All good, but a bit more could be done, I would stay there again. Jacqueline Dunham Victoria BC"

"Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived... not a problem for us.. but they got it ready very shortly and our whole visit there was FIRST CLASS.. the rooms were excellent, the meals were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We are back there again in a couple of weeks when we fly home... looking forward to it, absolutely first rate."

"The staff went above and beyond when things were not going well with our original booking! They were very friendly and accommodating! I would never stay at any other 4 points than this one! Mellisa was the most amazing human being! The staff and Mellisa were so great it was literally like you were walking into the home of a best friend and they laid out the red carpet for you ! ♥️"

"The room was very clean. The noise, however, was an issue. The walls were very thin. I heard someone talking on the phone and it sounded like the person was right in my room. I also didn't like how there was only bar soap to wash our hands. I would've preferred liquid hand soap."

"I was a bit nervous at first as I have never stayed in a community setting like this, but it worked out perfectly. The owner was there to great the guests on the night that I showed up, but I also found it very easy to get in by myself after reading all his great online information. The room was small and cozy but exactly what I needed and wanted. Great bed, very close restroom and kitchen. Full size refrigerator to be used by all the guests. The main entry area was a bit humid, but my room was perfectly cool with the window open at night. Wifi was plenty fast, no TV, but made for a really great night of sleep. I will definitely come back in a future trip. I was in the Tuscany room, single queen bed, mid July 2026"
