"I was disappointed in the availability of food choices. Restaurants on site were not opened late in the evening and room service was not available either. I typically stay at the location where conferences are being held because I travel alone. The fact that I had to leave the property after 9 PM made me think I could have stayed at a different hotel. The overall condition of the hotel and room were great but I will "shop" for other possibilities when I return to the Greensboro area."

"For an older hotel it was acceptable. We did have an issue with the tv/remote. Never seen any hookup where the screen is blank when you first cut it on. Kept waiting so we could find a channel, finally called front.desk which ended in him coming to our room. He explained remote only handles volume and.channels and you just start hitting the channel button up or down. Who knew this? ,"

"The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well."
