"Rooms are ok. The bathrooms have no fan. The console for the tv was about a foot away from the wall. The music at night is very loud and can be heard from the room. Staff are friendly but little info was given at check in. Breakfast is good but it’s the same food everyday. Outdoor pool area is ok. The loungers could use a clean. Bird poop and spilled food all over them. It would be nice to have more food options for kids. "

"Old and outdated. Planned to drop luggage after a cruise before checking in but were told there was no space for our bags as front desk said luggage storage was full. We hung out by the pool until our room was ready at 3. Pool was clean but very little shade and most chairs were broken."

"The rooms were clean, but the furniture inside the rooms needs improvement. For example, one of the roller blinds was broken, with a large hole that allowed daylight to come in from outside. In addition, the bed sheet was slightly stained; it looked like it had bleach marks. The design of the rooms is also very outdated, especially the lamps. I believe thicker sheets should be provided, as the ones available are very thin and it gets cold in the room even when the air conditioning is turned off.
