"Excellent location, close to BIP mall and Gramedia. Walking distance to Braga. Nice view of Bandung (we were on the 11th floor facing East). Room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices from continental to traditional food like bubur ayam and nasi goreng. The down side: bathroom needs updating, the toilet was not flushing properly, not enough vanity lighting, only a couple of towels given. But overall we were very satisfied and...

"Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed. Pool was nice and warm. Hotel quite busy on the weekend, but quiet Mon/Tues. Breakfast was good, great choice of local dishes and 'international' dishes & drinks."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.
